Nutritional counseling for employees

In our hectic working lives, unconscious eating habits often creep in that can affect our health in the long term. Whether in the office, working from home or on the move – the demands of the modern working world shape what and how we eat.
In order to analyze your personal eating habits in more detail, we offer free, individual nutritional consultations. Here you will find out which triggers and circumstances influence your eating habits and how you can make more conscious and healthier nutritional decisions in your everyday working life. A balanced diet not only increases your well-being, but also helps to reduce the risk of diet-related illnesses.
The advice is tailored to your individual needs and includes a variety of preventative approaches.
This offer is aimed exclusively at employees of the University of Mannheim and can be used as a BGM measure as part of working hours.
