Donating

Donations are gifts. The foundation is happy to receive monetary donations, but it is also possible to donate securities, material assets such as real estate or art objects. Donations must be used as soon as possible and therefore are not transferred to the basic assets.

Since the University of Mannheim Foundation is still developing, we prefer gifts in the form of endowments in order to support the fulfillment of the foundation’s purpose long term. Endowments increase the foundation's assets, which are invested profitably. However, donations are also welcome, of course! These are tax deductible. We will be happy to discuss this further with you.
