After her A-Levels, Julia Spix started her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Mannheim. During her B.Sc., she spent a semester abroad at ITESM in Monterrey, Mexico, and started to work as a research assistant at the ZEW – Leibniz Centre for European Economic Research in the area Corporate Taxation and Public Finance. Continuing her studies at the University of Mannheim, she acquired the Mannheim Master in Management with a minor in tax law and remained a research assistant at the ZEW. Julia joined the Taxation Track of the Centre of Doctoral Studies in Business in September 2022.
