Jonas Bauer

Jonas Bauer obtained his bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Business Informatics from the University of Mannheim. He remained there for his master’s studies, specializing in information systems and earning his M.Sc. in Business Informatics.

He spent a semester abroad at the Hough Graduate School of Business, University of Florida, USA. Alongside his studies, he gained practical experience through several internships in consulting and by working as a student management consultant.

In addition, he worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Professor Höhle and as a tutor at the Chair of Professor Armknecht. Jonas was awarded scholarships from the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, Fulbright Germany, and the Baden-Württemberg-Stiftung.

Beyond his studies, Jonas was actively engaged in student governance and volunteering. He was elected to the student council as well as to several other student representative bodies.

In September 2024, Jonas began his doctoral studies in the Information Systems Track of the Center for Doctoral Studies in Business at the Graduate School of Economic and Social Sciences.
