Felix Neubauer
Felix Neubauer was born in Stuttgart, Germany, in 1999. In 2022, he graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences Heilbronn, where he concentrated on airline management and business strategy. He then pursued the Mannheim Master in Management program, specializing in strategic management, and broadened his academic experience further during a semester abroad at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). In 2025, he completed the program with a M.Sc. in Management.
For his master’s thesis, Felix conducted an empirical investigation into the carbon footprint of various airline business models, deriving feasible decarbonization strategies. In parallel, he gained practical experience as a working student across public and private sectors, contributing to corporate innovation initiatives.
Felix joined the Management Track of the Center for Doctoral Studies in Business (CDSB) in September 2025.
