Carolina was born in Donaueschingen, in Germany, in 1995. She obtained her Bachelor´s Degree in International Business with a major in Finance & Accounting at the ESB Business School in Reutlingen. During her bachelor´s studies, she spent one semester abroad at the University of Exeter. Furthermore, she acquired practical experience working for the PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH and the Robert Bosch GmbH. Carolina completed her master´s studies in Volkswirtschaftslehre at the Albert-Ludwigs-University in Freiburg with a specialization in empirical economics and public sector economics. During her bachelor´s and master´s studies, Carolina worked as a teaching assistant in macroeconomics and microeconomics. Carolina is mainly interested in empirical macroeconomics, especially in monetary economics and fiscal policy.
In her leisure time, she loves to go climbing and mountain biking.
