Julia grew up in the Stuttgart metropolitan area. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in International Economics and American Studies from the University of Tübingen. Transferring to the University of Zürich, she pursued her master’s studies in Economics alongside working as a research assistant. After graduating, she worked in applied research at the Swiss Federal University for VET before joining CDSE. Her primary research interests lie in environmental and public economics.
