Michael Imre holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Vienna. During his studies he worked as a research assistant at the Department of Government at the University of Vienna, as a teaching assistant for different lectures held by Prof. Wolfgang C. Müller, and as a coder for the project ‘Manifesto Research on Political Representation’. He wrote his master’s thesis about the coverage of parliamentary questions in newspapers. His main research interests include coalition governments, parliamentary behavior, party competition and political communication.
