Philipp Kadel holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Mannheim. During his studies, he worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Health Psychology and as a tutor at the Chair of Psychological Research Methods and Psychological Assessment. In his Master’s thesis, he investigated the association of soft drink consumption and mental health problems in children and adolescents. He analyzed data from a nationally representative German survey using structural equation modeling. His research focuses on environment-friendly health behaviors like a plant-based diet and active mobility, and the unique role of social media in this context.
