Vera Okisheva is a doctoral candidate in political science at the CDSS. She holds a bachelor's degree in political science (with specialization in quantitative methods) from Higher School of Economics in Moscow and a master's degree in Social Sciences from University Carlos III in Madrid. She is primarily interested in problems of federalism in autocracies.
