Daniel Heck recieves Heinz-Heckhausen-Preis of the DGP.
The German Society for Psychology (DGPs) honored Daniel Heck from the University of Mannheim with the Heinz Heckhausen Prize for young scientists for his accompishments to the application and further development of multinomial processing tree models for measuring cognitive processes. “The scientific excellence of Daniel Heck's work, his rigorous application and extensive further development of methodological standards is impressive,” explains DGPs President Conny Herbert Antoni. “His work already enables many empirically working colleagues to analyze data at a high methodological level and to do statistical modeling.” The award ceremony took place on Monday, September 17, 2018 as part of the 51st congress of the DGPs in Frankfurt am Main.
