Einführung in Data Science
Course Description
This class will provide an introduction a variety of topics in Data Science, including principles and methods of:
- Information Retrieval
- Data Mining
- Text Mining and Information Extraction
- Social Network Analysis

Time and Location
- Lecture: Tuesday 10:15 – 11:45 @ A5 C014.
- Exercise sessions: Wednesday 13:45–15:15 A5 C014.
- NOTE: the course starts on Tuesday 13.9!
Grading / Evaluation
- 100% final exam (prerequisite: at least 50% of the points from 80% of the exercise sheets)
