Büşra was born in Istanbul, Turkey. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Marmara University and in Economics from Anadolu University. Subsequently, she pursued a Master's degree in Economics at Istanbul Bilgi University. She is passionate about interdisciplinary work in the field of behavioral finance, where she combines psychology and economics to analyze markets and financial decision-making processes. For her master's thesis, she developed a credit mechanism aimed at encouraging pessimistic entrepreneurs to participate in economic activities. In the fall of 2019, she joined the Finance Track of the Center for Doctoral Studies in Business at the Graduate School of Economic and Social Sciences in Mannheim. Previously, Büşra worked as a research and teaching assistant at Bahçeşehir University in Turkey. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time in nature and reading about psychology and art history.
