Kai Mäckle was born in Kirchheim unter Teck, Germany. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Business Administration from the University of Tuebingen. During his undergraduate studies, Kai spent a semester abroad at the KU Leuven, Belgium. He was honored with the Ernst & Young Price for the second-best Bachelor’s degree of 2017. Following his undergraduate studies, he earned a Master’s degree in Economics & Finance from the University of Tuebingen. Kai gained practical experience during an internship at Deloitte and as a working student at a medium-sized company. Furthermore, as a student research assistant and as a teaching assistant at the Chair of Finance of the University of Tuebingen, Kai had the opportunity to hone key skills in research and teaching.
