Alexander Rupertus was born in Mannheim, Germany, and raised in the region nearby. He obtained both his Bachelor's and Master's degree in Management at the University of Mannheim. As part of his studies, he spent two semesters abroad: the first one at Simon Fraser University, Canada, and the second on at Bentley University, USA. During his Master's studies, he focused on the Marketing areas and received additional Management and Leadership insights during his studies abroad. Along the way, he gained practical experience during internships in consulting, a special glass manufacturer, an agency, and working at the Chair of Marketing and Innovation as a tutor and research assistant. In September 2021, Alexander joined the Marketing track of the Center of Doctoral Studies in Business.
