After completing internships at two German multinational enterprises (SCHOTT AG & METRO AG) and a U.S. family-owned business (Utah PaperBox Co.), Marc commenced his International Business (B.Sc.) degree at Maastricht University in 2017. A semester abroad at the University of California, Berkeley as well as Maastricht University’s Honours Programme and Case Competition Team sparked Marc’s interest in strategy (research). To further pursue this passion, he studied Strategic Management (M.Sc.) at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, graduating in 2021. Thereafter, Marc joined the Management track at the University of Mannheim’s Center for Doctoral Studies in Business (CDSB) to research the strategic antecedents of corporate success through the lens of natural experiments and other methods that help delineate causal relationships. Marc continues to be a Student Employee at PwC and an avid Youth Group Leader at the Knechtsteden Abbey in Germany.
