Rosa Holtzwart was born in Paris, France. She obtained her Bachelor‘s degree (B.Sc.) in European Studies with Managerial and Economical Focus at Chemnitz University of Technology, during which she spent one semester abroad at Xiamen University School of Management, China. During her Bachelor she focused on European Leadership and Innovation, and completed an internship with the European Representation of the German Federal Unemployment Agency Brussels, Belgium. After an internship in Digitalisation of Retail at Daimler AG Stuttgart, Germany, Rosa came to Mannheim to study business. She was part of the Franco-German Double Degree of the University of Mannheim, Germany and ESSEC Business School Paris, France, and acquired her Masters’ degrees M.Sc. in Management (MMM) and M.Sc. in Management (Grande École). During her graduate studies, Rosa was a working student at Daimler AG in customer data analytics, and in customer experience management. Rosa joined the Information Systems Track of the Center of Doctoral Studies in Business in September 2021.
