Erika Ni obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (B.Sc.) from the University of Mannheim and a Masters's Degree in Business and Management (M.Sc.) from the Stockholm School of Economics, where she won the Karl-Erik Wärneryd Award for her master thesis on social entrepreneurship. During her studies, she spent one semester at EAFIT University in Medellín, Columbia and one at EGADE Business School in Monterrey, Mexico. After graduating, Erika worked for a top-tier strategy consultancy, before moving to innovation consulting and business development roles. Erika joined the Management track of the Center for Doctoral Studies in Business at GESS in 2022.
