Cedric Edmund Stricker was born in Unna, Germany in 1998. In 2020, he successfully graduated with a B.Sc. in International Management German-Irish and a B.A. in Global Business. During his bachelor studies, Cedric studied at the ESB Business School in Reutlingen for three semesters and went abroad for another three semesters to study at Dublin City University (DCU). He worked in Controlling at Daimler and in Lean Management at Lufthansa Technik during his internships.

Cedric obtained his M.Sc. in International Business Studies from the University of Paderborn, where he worked as a teaching assistant. Besides his studies, Cedric engaged in extracurricular activities like student consulting at the ESB and DCU or the student council for IBS students at of the University of Paderborn.
