Philipp holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim. As a member of the IBEA program, he spent one semester each at the University of South Carolina, US, ESSEC Business School in Singapore, and FGV EBAPE in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
For his Master’s degree, he attended the Technical University of Munich, studying Management & Technology with a focus on Power Engineering. His studies were complemented by experiences in the solar and wind energy sectors working for BayWa r.e. and TCW consulting.
Philipp is a member of the German Red Cross organization, where he served in various roles. He works as a paramedic in Mannheim and joined the Bavarian Red Cross during his time in Munich. As a volunteer, he was part of the civil protection for the Rhine-Neckar region.

In September 2024, Philipp joined the Accounting Track of the Center for Doctoral Studies in Business at the Graduate School of Economic and Social Sciences where he aims to continue his research.
