Marina was born in Geesthacht, Germany, in 1994. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in International Business Studies at the University of Paderborn. Afterwards, she completed her Master in Economics at Mannheim University. During the undergraduate studies as well as the graduate studies she spent one semester abroad, in Uruguay and Canada, respectively. Marina gained practical experience as consultant and at BayernLB, Deutsche Bundesbank and the ECB. During her Master’s studies she worked as a research assistant at the chair of Quantitative Economics. 

Marina’s main area of interest are macroeconomics, monetary economics and finance. Her passion is climbing and mountain biking, playing volleyball and dancing salsa & bachata.
