Jindi was born in Liaoning, China. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Management at the Shanghai Lixin university of Accounting and Finance. She then obtained her master degree in Economics from Shanghai university of Finance and Economics. During this time, Jindi has worked as a research assistant for two professors, focusing on competing for user-time among platforms. Her current research interests are applied microeconomics and industrial organization.

In her leisure time, she enjoys swimming and hiking.
