Jana Kuhlemann is a PhD student in Sociology at the Center for Doctoral Studies in Social and Behavioral Sciences (CDSS) of the University of Mannheim. She obtained her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Sociology at the University of Mannheim.
In her master thesis, she examined the effects of stepfamily formation on children’s psychological well-being in Germany using longitudinal data from the German Family Panel (pairfam).
During the two years of her master’s program, Jana worked as a student assistant at the Chair of Sociology, Societal Comparisons, at the University of Mannheim.
