David Schweizer is a PhD candidate in Political Science at the Center for Doctoral Studies in Social and Behavioral Sciences (CDSS). He holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University (LMU) Munich and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Goethe University Frankfurt am Main.
During his Master’s studies he worked as a student research assistant at the Chair of Comparative Political Science as well as at the Chair for Empirical Theory of Politics at LMU Munich. Currently, David works as a research associate at the Chair of Political Science, Comparative Government at the University of Mannheim.
His research interests center around party competition, political agenda setting and intra-party politics.
