Fabienne Partsch is a doctoral candidate at the Center for Doctoral Studies in Social and Behavioral Sciences (CDSS) within the chair of Work and Organizational Psychology. She holds a Master's degree in Psychology “Work, Economy and Society” from the University of Mannheim. Furthermore, she obtained a Master of Music in Performance (Harp) at University of Music Würzburg. Her research interests are located in the area of person-job fit and well-being at work as well as on the role of music in the area of work (e.g., effects of music on recovery from work).
