Support excellent students at the University of Mannheim with the “Deutschlandstipendium” and prevent the lack of qualified staff. Your investment in education is the key to promoting talent and potential future employees.
With a donation of 1,800 euros, you can finance a “Deutschlandstipendium” scholarship for one year. The federal government doubles this amount. The university's scholarship team coordinates contact between sponsors and students. This takes place, for example, during the annual scholarship ceremony. The University of Mannheim Foundation combines partial amounts of 200 or 500 euros into one scholarship.

In the past academic year 2023/2024, 123 “Deutschlandstipendien” were awarded at the University of Mannheim.

In addition to financial support, the scholarship holders were able to establish contacts with their scholarship providers, which can lead to further non-material benefits.

The Deutschland Scholarship

The Deutschland Scholarship “Deutschlandstipendium” is intended to support excellent students and aims to give them the opportunity for social commitment and personal development alongside their studies. Scholarship holders receive EUR 300 per month – one half from the federal government and the other half from private sponsors and funding organizations.
