Annabelle was born in Karlsruhe, Germany. She received a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim, as well as a Master’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Mannheim. Before her studies, Annabelle has gained work experience as an apprentice. During her studies, she worked as a research assistant and tutor both at the Finance and the Philosophy Faculty of the University of Mannheim. In her Master Thesis, she discussed research trajectories connecting the fields of human capital investment and corporate finance. Annabelle is interested in the intersection of labor and corporate finance, climate finance, as well as the role of differences in opinion for financial decisions. With her dual background in Finance and Philosophy, she is also interested in interdisciplinary work combining Philosophy of Science and Economics. In her free time, Annabelle enjoys long runs, preferably across mountains.
She joined the Finance Track in Fall 2022.
