Franziska Gunkel is a doctoral candidate in political science the Graduate School of Economic and Social Sciences (GESS). She holds a master’s degree in political science from the University of Mannheim and a bachelor’s degree in political science and sociology from the University of Heidelberg. Her research interests include global governance and international organizations, with a particular focus on the factors that influence intergovernmental collaboration and the establishment and resilience of institutions.
