In the paper, we explore the usage of modern graph neural network based approaches, like GraphSAGE and Graph Attention Networks, for predicting possible publication targets for a paper at hand. The recommendation engine is based on SciGraph by Springer Nature, a large knowledge graph of papers, authors, venues, and citations.
