Paper on RDF2vec receives 10 year award

At the International Semantic Web Conference (ISWC), the flagship conference of semantic web research, the Semantic Web Science Organization (SWSA) gives an annual award for the most influential paper published at the ISWC ten years ago.
This year, the award was given to the paper RDF2Vec: RDF Graph Embeddings for Data Mining, authored by Petar Ristoski and Heiko Paulheim, originally published at ISWC 2016. The paper describes a simple, yet effective methods of creating vector embeddings for entities in a knowledge graph, and has since been used as a building block for many knowledge graph based solutions. At the same time, various extensions and refinements of the methods have been proposed over the past few years.
A comprehensive overview on the method is available at www.rdf2vec.org.
