Dual-Career Assistance
Arriving together. Creating opportunities together.
A career move to the University of Mannheim often entails changes for partners and families as well. This is precisely where our Dual Career Service comes in: We support the partners of newly appointed (junior-)professors in establishing themselves, both professionally and personally, in Mannheim and the Rhine-Neckar Metropolitan Region.
Whether you are seeking professional reorientation, entering the German job market, or looking for suitable professional networks, we provide individualized, confidential and solution-oriented guidance. Thanks to our close ties with companies, research institutions, universities, and regional networks, we open up opportunities that extend far beyond the campus. Your personal situation, qualifications, goals, and the needs of your family are at the center of our support. We would be happy to support you in a personal consultation to explore career opportunities and suitable support services.
