Dual-Career Assistance
Pursuing an academic career often involves relocations. This often requires your partner to change his or her place of work, too. We advise your partner on job perspectives in Mannheim and the Rhine-Neckar Metropolitan Region and actively support him or her thanks to our large network.
As an intersection, the Department of Equal Opportunity and Social Diversity is in contact with numerous companies, universities, research institutions, organizations and a large network in the metropolitan region and nationwide. Our consulting is based on long experience in supporting professional and private integration.

We support the partner of our (junior) professors in their career entry as well as a professional reorientation in the metropolitan region. In our consulting, we focus on the very individual starting situation.
