The Department of Equal Opportunity and Diversity at the University of Mannheim is committed to promote equal opportunity in academia. The department designs and implements measures relevant to ensure equal opportunity and also works actively to shape a diversity-sensitive university culture. For example, they draw up the university’s equal opportunity strategyand organize the Diversity Round Table where all interested parties can get involved.
