Funding for Female Researchers

At the Department of Equal Opportunity and Social Diversity, you can apply for grants for travel expenses, funds for student and research assistants, and bridge funding.

Gender Consulting

We support you during the application process, the review process and the funding period of your project by writing sections on equal opportunity and designing and implementing the required measures.

Individual Counseling

Are there any conflicts you cannot solve on your own? The counseling service of the Department of Equal Opportunity and Social Diversity will be happy to offer you advice and support on various topics.

Parent and Child Room

If your regular caregiver cancels at short notice, just take your child with you to university. The parent and child room offers both a work/learning environment for you and toys and games for your child.

Dual Career Assistance

We advise partners of (junior) professors on their job opportunities in Mannheim and the Rhine-Neckar Metropolitan Region.
