148 Scholarship Holders in the Academic Year 2024/2025

In the academic year 2024/2025, 148 students of the University of Mannheim receive funding in form of a scholarship. In total, four different scholarship programs honor the achievement and commitment of the 148 students: the Deutschland Scholarship, the Opportunity Mannheim Scholarship of the University of Mannheim Foundation and the Mannheim Scholarship of the City of Mannheim. In addition, students of the University of Mannheim can receive the Elite Student Athletes Scholarship Rhine-Neckar Metropolitan Region and the Kulturkreis Scholarship (former Bronnbach Scholarship) that aim at future decision-makers who would like to train their cultural skills.

At the scholarship ceremony on Wednesday, 20 November 2024 in the Aula, the scholarship holders got to meet the sponsors. Following the ceremony, the sponsors presented the certificates in person in the Katakomben of the University of Mannheim. During an informal get-together, the new scholarship holders did not only have the chance to meet with important contacts but also to thank their sponsors in person.
