Changes to the Application Process

In light of the current coronavirus situation, there will be considerable changes to the application process.

Bachelor's and Bachelor of Education Programs

All bachelor’s programs begin in the fall semester. Usually you can apply online to study in a bachelor's program between May 15 and July 15

The application period for the fall semester 2021 probably will be subject to change. For more information please click here.

Master's Programs

Master's programs begin in the fall semester and the spring semester.

The application periods for our master's programs for the fall semester 2021 may be subject to change.

For the spring semester 2021, you may apply from November 9 to November 30, 2020.

International academic year
The University of Mannheim has aligned its academic calendar with the international academic year:
Spring semester: February 1 to July 31
Fall semester: August 1 to January 31
