The Student Services, the Bursar’s Office and Express-Service are still available for you and your inquiries while teaching operations are suspended.
As all of us are now working from home, we kindly ask you to contact us via e-mail. Most inquiries can be attended to in this way.
Please note that the services offered by the Express Service will change to an electronic form starting from Monday, 16 March 2020. Please send any inquiries via e-mail to expressschalter(at)verwaltung.uni-mannheim.de and make sure to always indicate your student ID number and your degree program so that we can help you as quickly as possible.

Please be aware that the public and students are still not allowed to enter the university premises, or can only be granted access if a permit to enter the premises is presented. Separate regulations apply to the libraries.
That means that we still are not able to offer any face-to-face office hours at L1,1 (neither Student Services nor Express-Service). Please contact us via email and we are happy to help you as quickly as possible.
