You can contact Student Services, the bursar’s office and the Express Service by e-mail, telephone, in person or via video conference.
As we are partly working from home, we recommend that you send your request by e-mail to the responsible contact person. Most requests can be attended to in this way.
You can also use a web form to easily book appointments for a consultation with your Student Services advisor by telephone, video conference or in Person in L 1, 1.
In addition to these services, we also offer open consultation hours at the Express Service. There you can obtain important certificates such as Transcripts of Records and rankings of exam results. You can also request these at any time using the linked form.

Open consulation hours
The Student Services and the bursar's office offer open consultation hours every Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. You do not need to make an appointment or send an e-mail in advance. Just drop by (L1,1, entrance A, first floor) and ask your contact person any questions you may have.
Of course, you can still make appointments with the respective staff members to get detailed advice.
