Music, Theater, and Art

Whether it's photography, a concert or a play—art moves us and helps us to see familiar things from a different perspective. That’s why the corridors and rooms at the university regularly host exhibitions by renowned artists. With the Kulturkreis Scholarship of the Association of Arts and Culture of the German Economy at the Federation of German Industries, outstanding students from Mannheim get the chance to acquire cultural skills and gain insights into creative processes. If you would like to perform on stage or make music, you can join various groups at the university, including the university orchestra, the choir, the big band (College Jazz Orchestra), and the theater.
