Winners of the DAAD Prize

Each year, an international degree-seeking student at the University of Mannheim is awarded the DAAD Prize, worth EUR 1,000. Click on the pictures to learn more about the award winners.

Kseniia Gorokhovska is originally from Odesa, Ukraine, and came to Germany following Russia’s war against Ukraine. In 2023, she began studying Business Administration at the University of Mannheim and is set to graduate this summer. 

During her studies, she dedicated herself to volunteer work in support of Ukraine while achieving outstanding academic success. In recognition of her exceptional commitment and academic excellence, she has been awarded this year’s DAAD Prize.
