AI for Women: Opportunities and Challenges of AI for Women

From 12 to 1:15 p.m., the certified AI manager and career mentor for female leaders will speak online about career development, communication, leadership, and professional visibility in the age of artificial intelligence. She will show how women can use AI tools strategically for their careers without losing sight of the risks. Together with participants, she will reflect on where bias arises in AI-supported decision-making processes and what responsible use of these systems can look like.
The event will take place online via Zoom and in English. It is open to all members of the University of Mannheim. No prior knowledge of AI is required.
