F*EX File Transfer – for sharing large files

The F*EX file exchange service allows members of the University of Mannheim to send and receive files of any size.

File Transfer F*EX is a service provided by the University of Mannheim for sharing large files. Non-personal or encrypted data can be sent to any recipient and is deleted after the data has been retrieved or once the download period has expired. You can also find the File Transfer F*EX service in the A-Z list of the UNIT- (University IT) Services.

F*EX was developed by colleagues at the University of Stuttgart and is one of the services offered by BelWue, the Baden-Württemberg State University Network. The University of Mannheim has been part of this network since 1989.

You can access the service via the Fex.belwue website, where you can register for the service and upload your files. Fun fact: The site is available in English, German, and Swabian.
