IZG-Herbst-Fachforum

On Thursday, 19 November 2026, from 6.15 pm, the IZG Autumn Specialist Forum will take place at Schloss Mannheim and via Zoom. The forum will focus on „Markenrecht und KI-Haftung“ („Trademark Law and AI Liability“).  Speakers will include Tamara Moll, LL.M., on the topic „Vom Stadtplan auf den Riegel. Wie viel Quadrat darf ein Haferriegel sein?“ („From city map to oat bar. How many square units can an oat bar be?“), and Dr Tristan Radtke, LL.M. (NYU), on „Haftung für KI-Ausgaben unter besonderer Berücksichtigung des Marken- und Lauterkeitsrechts“ („Liability for AI outputs, with particular regard to trade mark and fair trading law“).
