Kunst, Bühne, Perspektivwechsel – Kultur erleben, Führung neu denken

How do new perspectives emerge? What role do creativity, artistic processes, and cultural experiences play in fostering responsible action in business, academia, and society? The Kulturkreis Scholarship invites students to explore precisely these questions. It offers the opportunity to experience art and culture firsthand, discover new ways of thinking and working, and further develop one’s own leadership and creative skills. At the information session, Fabian Dott, an actor at the National Theater Mannheim, will share personal insights into his work and invites the participants to try out artistic practice for ourselves—including shifts in perspective, communication, and creative action.

Following this, the Kulturkreis Scholarship will be presented, real-life experiences will be shared, and questions about the program, its content, and the application process will be answered.

The event is held in German.
