Complaint and Reporting Offices at the University of Mannheim

This page provides an overview of the complaint and reporting offices at the University of Mannheim. The list is in alphabetical order.

When you file a complaint, we will review the circumstances of the case and take further action where appropriate. Please note that filing a complaint initiates a formal procedure. To process the complaint and investigate the circumstances of the case, it may be necessary to disclose the information you provide and, where applicable, your identity to other responsible offices and to persons involved in or accused in connection with the matter. For this reason, a complaint cannot be treated with the same level of confidentiality as a consultation. The measures taken in response to a complaint depend on the individual case and may, for example, involve criminal or disciplinary proceedings.

To ensure that you are aware of your rights and obligations in the complaint procedure and the procedural options available to you, we recommend that you first arrange a non-binding, confidential consultation with the appropriate contact persons.
