The category “Gender Inclusion” honors companies and initiatives that promote gender equity in the company and break down structural barriers on the way to diversely staffed management positions.
This is one of the many reasons WUMAN was founded and gets there with networking event by networking event, action by action, WUMAN by WUMAN, and at IOD2022, voice by voice!
