Sarah Brüßler still finds paddling for the win to be the best way to spend her free time. As a native of Kassel, she grew up on the river, and that is how her passion for canoe racing began back in 2006.

Kids’ University Celebrates 10th Anniversary

The Mannheim Kids’ University has been inspiring children from the Rhine-Neckar region for 10 years. Interest has not waned: The lectures regularly fill up early.  

DAAD Prize 2022 for Georgi Paskalev 

Involvement as a departmental student representative, active in several initiatives, and jobs as a tutor and financial analyst: the Bulgarian Georgi Paskalev was active at various levels while studying Mathematics in Business and Economics at the University of Mannheim. He has now been recognized for his many activities and outstanding academic achievements with this year’s DAAD Prize. 

The Art of Leading 

Each new cohort of the Bronnbach Scholarship recipients traditionally spends the opening weekend at the Bronnbach Monastery near Würzburg. But what actually happens there? Lea Rauh, who is working on her master’s degree in Management at the University of Mannheim, is a scholarship recipient in the current 19th cohort and has recorded her impressions for FORUM.
