Availability During the Turn of the Year
The hotline will be available as usual through 23 December 2025. From then until 9 January 2026 inclusive, it will be available on a reduced schedule (from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.). On public holidays – including 24 and 31 December 2025 and 6 January 2026 – the hotline will be completely closed.
