- Transcript of Records (in German or English) listing only the coursework and examinations you have passed so far*
- Enrollment certificate (single copy)
- Enrollment certificate (multiple copies)
- Enrollment record
- BAföG (according to section 9)
*The Transcripts of Records show your current average grade and the ECTS credits you have obtained so far. They are valid without signature. These transcripts are only available for the program of study that you are currently enrolled in.
Please use these transcripts
- when applying for a scholarship or semester abroad at the International Office,
- when registering at a host university,
- or if you are applying for a study place inanother program of study at the University of Mannheim as well as
- for all other purposes that do not require a verifiable transcript.
If any coursework or examinations are missing or data is incorrect, please contact your competent advisor at Student Services.
You can order the following certificates using the order form
To order the following certificates, please use our order form:
- Transcript of Records (in German or English) listing only the coursework and examinations you have passed so far and bearing a verification number*
- Transcript of Records (in German or English) listing all coursework and examinations that you have passed, failed or are registered for and bearing a verification number*
- Transcript of Records (in German or English) listing the coursework and examinations from a previous program of study that you are no longer enrolled in
- Confirmation of eligibility to take exams
*The Transcripts of Records show your average grade and the ECTS credits you have obtained so far. By means of the verification number, you can open the document at www.uni-mannheim.de/verify and check it for correctness.
You usually need a Transcript of Records that can be verified to apply for a study place at another higher education institution.
Transcripts in hard copy bearing an official stamp (seal) and signature are only issued in justified cases.
