ENGAGE.EU Staff Week in Toulouse on AI in Administration

How can artificial intelligence be used effectively in university administration? This is the topic of the staff training from 20 to 24 April. The application deadline is 15 February.

This training course is open to all employees of ENGAGE.EU universities. No prior knowledge or experience with AI is required. The training will be held in English at Toulouse Capitole University in France.

The programme will include lectures and workshops on key topics such as:

Evolving role of AI in higher education administration
Existing AI tools and how they can be relevantly used in everyday administrative work
Responsible and sustainable use of AI in higher education administration (mitigating ecological, social and economic risks, ensuring information security and data privacy, addressing ethical issues, etc.)
Institutional strategies for the implementation of AI in administrative work practices
Future perspectives, emerging trends and innovations

Participation in the Staff Week is free of charge for employees of the University of Mannheim. It is possible to apply for Erasmus+.
