Whether taking leave for one week or one year, to have a baby or to care for a relative – family leave is taken for many different reasons and in a range of circumstances. The university has developed a guide that supports researchers at each stage of their family leave, starting from the moment they decide to take time off, and ensures that they don’t have any problems when returning to work. The guide provides an overview of the most important steps for both employees and their superiors.
The Department of Gender Equality and Social Diversity also regularly runs workshops. If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Kußmaul.
