Committee on Discipline

The Committee on Discipline decides on cases in which students have violated the regulations in accordance with section 62 a subsection 1 of the act on the higher education institutions in the Land of Baden-Württemberg (LHG). The composition of the Committee on Discipline and the process on imposing disciplinary measures are set forth in the statutes on disciplinary measures (Satzung über Ordnungsmaßnahmen) of the University of Mannheim.
