Exhibitions and Art
The University of Mannheim regards art as a reflection of social change and a source of inspiration for dialog and critical thought. Throughout the Baroque palace and the campus, a rich variety of artworks can be explored – ranging from temporary and permanent exhibitions to sculptures, portraits, and student works. The displayed pieces offer multiple perspectives on contemporary themes, inviting students, staff members, and visitors to engage with art as a living discourse. In doing so, art becomes an integral part of university life, continuously enriching the campus environment.
